Oldies but Goodies

Happy Monday!  I found an old notebook from years and years ago, high school I think, filled with quotes that I had written down.  It's always been in my night stand and I would scribble in it any time I heard a line in a song or read a line in a book that I wanted to remember.  It's full now but I keep it in my night stand as a fun reminder of how much I LOVED quotes even back then and how they still speak to me....

Here are some of my favorites:

"Failure is not an option.  It is a privilege reserved only for those who try."
- Albert Einstein

"Not all wanderers are lost."
- Tolkein

"Obstacles are those frightful things you see when you take your eye off your goal."
- Henry Ford

"The years teach much more than the days ever knew"
- Robert Frost

"The tragedy of life is not that it ends so soon, but that we wait so long to begin it."
- W.M. Lewis

"May you live every day of your life."
- Johnathan Swift

"Freedom is not worth having if it does not include the freedom to make mistakes."
- Ghandi
